Southern Highlands property market at a glance

Property numbers drop.

Based on real estate property listings on major platforms, there are some 680 properties for sale in the Southern Highlands market. This is down from some 710 properties last week. These figures take into account the number of sales, new listings and, in some instances, properties being removed from the market.

A number of agents have reported increasing enquiries for real estate opportunities in the Southern Highlands.

Burradoo: you’re number ONE in NSW!

Yes, Burradoo is considered the most expensive regional town in New South Wales. Its median house price of $2.55 million has surpassed Byron Bay [$2.53 million], making it the priciest Australian suburb outside a major city. The leafy suburb is known for its large, well-appointed homes on substantial blocks, often featuring lush gardens.

Bowral came in at a respectable 8th position at $1,583,750., and let’s not forget that special home at Robertson that went for $26 million last week!
