Southern Highlands property market at a glance
Property numbers grow.
Based on real estate property listings on major platforms, there are some 697 properties for sale in the Southern Highlands market, up from some 689 last week. These figures take into account property sales, new listings and, in some instances, properties being removed from the market.
Most agents report that property enquiries have lifted over the past few weeks and, likewise, both sales and listings have shown a healthy growth. Visitation to open homes, even with less favourable weather, have remained steady.
