“The Ace Residences is something special, designed to meet the needs of today’s downsizers, or as we like to say, right sizers,” he shared.
“I’ve noticed that locals in Bowral and the Southern Highlands have really embraced the development, and it’s been awesome to see so much interest.”
It also seems folks from Sydney who are keen to escape the busyness and are on the lookout for high-end, luxury homes in a more relaxed setting are making the move as well.

Harvey and Helen Little have already made the big change and are now calling Ace Residences home.
“We saw a rendering of the Ace living spaces in a magazine, with the fireplace and high vaulted ceilings, and we said to ourselves ‘let’s take a closer look’” Harvey shared.
“And now, here we are, living in the Highlands! We love that this is an intimate estate with only a few like-minded neighbours. The fact that they are single-storey and without steps appealed very much to us.”
“As an architect, I delved into the design, fitments, and finishes, and the quality is exactly what we would have specified if we were to design and build a house ourselves. Compared to buying land and the cost of building, we feel that this solution has worked incredibly well for us,” Harvey added.
