And if you didn’t already know, she’s the super-friendly local running Mrs V Shop in Bowral. She’s all about providing spiritual tools that feel and look great, and crystals are a big part of that.
“History shows how important crystals have been since Egyptian times, using them to heal illness and ward off evil spirits,” she continues.
“These days, folks are looking towards Crystals to naturally heal their bodies, thinking the electromagnetic charge in the crystals gives off healing vibes.”

“This is another heart healer,” Mrs V tells us, “its healing qualities are stronger than the rose quartz and it is known as the stone of divine love.”
Morganite is said to boost spiritual growth and bring more compassion and resilience in love. Yes and yes!
3 :: Obsidian
This is a must today, its ability to block, absorb and transform negative energy is powerful and perfect in these times.”
Obsidian also helps to remove energetic and spiritual blockages, along with stressful emotions. Perfect for those tough weeks at work!
4:: White Howlite
“It’s a beautiful stone for balance and wisdom, promoting calmness as it soothes the mind, body and spirit. It aids deep patience,” Mrs V tells us.

“Citrine is the abundance stone and its gold colour makes you feel its abundance!”

“This is actually my favourite with its milky colour,” says Mrs V.
“It’s almost like marble but more translucent. As a cancer child, anything to do with the moon makes my heart sing, but this stone does more than that. It’s a stone for new beginnings, inner growth and strength.”
