We’ve been huge fans of the BBQ magic happening at Pig & Pilgrim for ages. Charlie and his team craft some seriously amazing handmade Parrillas, all made right here in Mittagong.
Parrilla is the go-to name for the BBQ style found in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Originally used by gauchos to cook beef out in the countryside, it’s all about good food, storytelling, and music. Parrilla BBQs fit right into our laid-back Southern Highlands vibe, celebrating quality ingredients and shared meals and that’s why we adore the ones at Pig & Pilgrim so much!
