A performer and composer, Aaron Brown specializes in historical instruments, repertoires, improvisation, and genre-bending new music shaped by historical sources. He has collaborated with leading artists and ensembles in Australia, the United States, and Europe, including the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra (where he is a current ensemble member), Trinity Baroque Orchestra, New Juilliard Ensemble (premiering a work by Steve Reich), and the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.
