Pony and Cole is an institution in Adelaide’s inner west.
During 2017, Nicolle and her designer partner Julie Pieda from Koush stumbled upon the P&C site—a1960s industrial warehouse in the heart of Hindmarsh—and saw a great vision past the old peppertree growing through the wall.

Pony and Cole is a 70-seat cafe in the heart of Hidden Hindmarsh, they believe in Big Hospitality, you will always find a smiling face ready and able to make you feel right at home.
There's Big flavour in every dish they deliver, and warmth and generosity shine through in all that they do.
