Hosted by Jamie Pike and Chief Winemaker Steve Baraglia, the afternoon begins with sparkling wine and canapés on arrival, followed by a luxurious five-course lunch expertly paired with 'The Merle' Reserve Riesling, 'Traditionale' Riesling, and a selection of special back-vintage wines.
