Smooth Sailing at Coobowie is a beachfront holiday home with views to the Island, Sultana Point and Edithburgh. Grass out front for bocce and winter sun without the wind in the back, to look at a pretty garden and the birds.

Recently renovated, adding double glazing to the beachfront, an ensuite to B1 and a double carport to park the tinny and car under cover. 1200m2 site with plenty of room on backyard (street side) for parking and any sized boat. Good fishing in the Shoals and launch from Edithburgh or off our beach for your tinny. (ask me for more details)
