Barkers Rocks Bush Campground, nestled on the rugged west coast of Yorke Peninsula, offers a serene and secluded coastal escape for nature enthusiasts and self-contained campers. Located approximately 13 km from Minlaton, this campground is divided into two distinct sections: the left fork provides direct beach access with steps leading down to a sandy shoreline, while the right fork offers a more sheltered area with a toilet facility, though self-contained camping is still recommended. The campground is ideal for those seeking a tranquil environment to unwind, with opportunities for beachcombing, fishing, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. Please note that a valid Bush Camping Permit is required to stay at Barkers Rocks, and all campers are expected to adhere to Leave No Trace principles to preserve the pristine natural surroundings.
