The Links at Barwon Heads regularly rates in Australia's top golf courses. In 2023, it retained its position as the number one ranked (public access) course on mainland Australia in the 29th edition of The Golf Course Guide. The course was listed at number five overall, behind four Tasmanian courses.

Other facilities include tennis courts, a driving range, a short-game practice facility, a par three course, an undercover coaching area and a professional shop.

    Par three course: Adults $15. Main course green fees: Monday to Friday $195. Peak times: $250. Peak includes weekends, all public holidays and from 26 December to the Australia Day long weekend, when green fee play is either unavailable or extremely limited.
