The Abbotswood Motor Inn is located 20 minutes from Avalon Airport along the Princes Highway. The motel is 17 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal, ten minutes from Geelong Central, five minutes to Kardinia Park (home of the Geelong AFL team) and between the Belmont and Waurn Ponds shopping centres.

Leisurelink swim and gym is only three minutes away, while Adventure Park and the Bellarine Peninsula are only a short drive away.

Abbotswood Motor Inn is also handy for access to the Great Ocean Road either coming or going to this wonderful part of Victoria.
