Mens Mental Health Family Fun Day, VIC

Come along to this free epic mental health family day. This is more than just a fun day out – it's a chance to connect, raise awareness, support men's mental health and help raise funds for the free weekly support programs.

At the event, you can expect carnival rides, free kids activities, food trucks, market stalls, mental health, fitness, business and disability stalls and activities. A special feature of this event is the toy run. At the Bike, Car and B and S Ute Show, you can show off your ride for a $10 donation, compete for trophies and prizes, and maybe even land a spot in their calendar. There will be 10 guest speakers inspiring the crowds with stories of their lived experience. Enjoy live music from four bands and performances throughout the day.
