Description
Emerge is steakhouse in the Geelong Central Business District, established in 2019 by husband and wife duo Leigh and Leah Gill. Emerge is also 100% Gluten Free with accreditation from Coeliac Australia.
In terms of steak, Emerge offers multiple cuts from wagyu, full blood wagyu, grass fed and dry age. They also dry age their own cuts. There is something for everyone with plenty of other proteins in use.
Emerge does try to use local produce where possible and support local suppliers just as the local community supports them.
They also now have a private dining space located at 112 Ryrie Street that is available for your next work Function, Birthday, Wedding or any event you have in mind.
They are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
