With around 2.5 kilometres of its border running along the Jerdacuttup River which runs in winter months depending on rainfall. The rest of the property is surrounded by untouched bushland (ranges) with a well-maintained gravel road (Carrlingup Road) to access the property with one neighbour opposite side of the road.
