Husband and wife duo Anthony (former farmer) and Tracey Cotterell (professional chef and teacher) run escorted Food Tours around Australia - connecting consumers to primary producers who give unprecedented access to farming properties.
Passionate and well informed about current-day farming practices and food production, the couple have built sound relationships with farmers, restaurateurs, producers and provedores, which ensures a relaxed, well-organised and enjoyable tour.
The tours are an extension of Anthony and Tracey's much-loved Perth-based Matters of Taste Cooking School that saw over 80,000 people come through their doors over 24 years, plus 6 years running an online Perth delivery service offering families fresh food from local producers and grocery items from WA makers.
Now focusing on tours, they know good food when they see it!
With over two decades of experience operating multi-day tours, their itinerary always includes a unique and exciting mix of inspiring content with plenty of delicious food to be enjoyed.
