From the lush bar [and even lusher jacaranda tree] and soft western vibes to the open and lively outdoor spaces, it’s a great spot for any kind of time and when you know you need the cocktail-big-leagues.

This Japanese izakaya in Merimbula isn’t just all about the food.

This little hidden gem is located inside Club Sapphire and is named after the inaugural Lady President of the Merimbula Imlay Women’s Bowling Club, Kitty Travers.

The bar lives up to her name with an extensive cocktail menu and plenty of stylishly designed spaces perfect for group gatherings.

Open from the first Friday in December the South Seas Pool Club is definitely going on our Summer bucket list!

Expect a basic but solid cocktail menu, comfy lounges and sun beds, funky tunes and the star of the show [duh], a gorgeous big pool daring you to jump into. Cool off, sip, sun and repeat.
