Probably one of the most well-known markets nationally, we’re such lucky ducks to have this incredible market here in Darwin. Stroll over 200 specialty stores as the sun sets around and fill your shopping bag [and your tummy] with loads of arts and crafts, as well as bites and bevvies.
And for a little ‘Treat yo’ self’ moment, book a spot in the VIP sunset lounge with your own table and chairs, cool box with ice and beach access- oh yeah!

Nightcliff Markets

It’s basically a party in Palmerston every Friday throughout the dry season. With loads of locally sourced fresh produce, tasty hot and cold dishes and fab arts and crafts.
There are also performances, live music, DJs and entertainment for the kiddos to keep the whole gang entertained.

Berry Springs Community Market

This community market is well-loved by locals and usually gets around 60 stalls in. Their Facebook is often up to date with the latest happenings and announcements from vendors.

Batchelor Town & Country Markets
We love that this market is pet-friendly so the whole crew can come along. We also love that there are regular free arts and crafts activities for the kiddos as well.
The location is also gorgeous with the surrounding rain trees to keep you cool as you browse the stalls.

Wagait Beach Markets
Take the long drive or hop on the ferry and make your way to Cox Country Club for the monthly markets. Part car boot sale, part plant fair and part all-sorts specialty, there’s bound to be something for all manner of treasure hunters.
Pop into the club afterwards for an alfresco brekkie and bevs. Live music usually kicks off around 1:30 pm.

Adelaide River Markets
A little further afield from Darwin centre but still a popular shop stop. Here you’ll find handmade wonders, including jams, woodwork, cakes and loads of Rosella-based goodies. In fact, the whole town of Adelaide River are such Rosella fans there’s also a Rosella festival held here every year with even more market stalls to check out!
