Ethically and responsibly sourced meat direct from the farm to your dining table

All our meat is purchased as whole animals and butchered on our premises, the old fashioned way. No cardboard boxes or vacuum bags here. This involves a heck of a lot more work than buying in pre packed carton meat, but we believe the end product speaks for itself. Anyhoo, isn’t that what you come to the butcher for in the first place?
